Return & Refund Policy

At AMX STORE, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided:
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
✅ All tags and labels are still attached
✅ The item is in resellable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)

❌ Non-returnable items: Sale items, socks, and undergarments for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Email us at info@amxstore.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
2️⃣ If approved, we will provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover return courier fees.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

🔄 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

💰 Refunds are issued as store credit only, unless AMX approves a cash refund.

⚠️ Approved cash refunds will have a 25% processing fee deducted from the total order amount.

🚚 Shipping fees, courier fees, PAXI fees, return fees, and immediate payment fees are non-refundable.

📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

✅ Returned items must be brand new, unused, unworn, and in original condition.

👟 Worn, damaged, dirty, creased, or used items may be rejected or only qualify for partial store credit.

🚨 Sale items, clearance items, limited items, and special orders are not refundable unless approved by AMX.

4. Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
