• We deliver nationwide in South Africa.
• Estimated delivery times: 2-5 business days for major cities, 3-7 business days for other areas.
• AMX STORE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided, extra charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Customers can return items within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
• We do not accept returns on sale items, socks, or undergarments for hygiene reasons.

7. Cancellations & Order Changes

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed.

• AMX STORE is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our products.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
